The aim of this policy is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and with respect and that Oadby Town FC is equally accessible to all. Oadby Town FC is responsible for establishing standards and values that apply throughout the club at all levels. Football belongs to and should be enjoyed by anyone who wishes to participate.

Our commitment is to address and eliminate discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnic origin, color, religion or belief, ability, or disability, and to promote equal opportunities.

This policy is fully endorsed by the Club Officers, who are responsible for its implementation. Oadby Town FC, in all its activities, will not discriminate or treat anyone unfairly based on gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnic origin, color, religion or belief, ability, or disability. This means that Oadby Town FC will ensure equitable and respectful treatment of individuals and provide access and opportunities for all members of the community to participate in and enjoy its activities.

Oadby Town FC will not tolerate harassment, bullying, abuse, or victimization of any individual, which is considered discrimination under this policy. This includes any discriminatory behavior, whether physical or verbal, based on factors such as sexuality or race.

Oadby Town FC will take appropriate action to address such behavior whenever it occurs.

Oadby Town FC is dedicated to addressing inequalities and developing an ongoing training and awareness program to eliminate discrimination and promote equality in football.

Oadby Town FC is committed to providing equal treatment to all members and requires all members to adhere to these policies and the requirements of relevant equality legislation, including the Race Relations Act 1976, the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, along with any amendments and new legislation.

Oadby Town FC pledges to promptly investigate any claims of discrimination brought to its attention. If discrimination is confirmed, the club will take steps to stop the practice and impose appropriate sanctions.
